Course Syllabus

Introduction:

  • Sixth grade health allows you to explore health from three perspectives: physical, social, and mental/emotional.

Expectations:

  • Students must maintain a positive environment in which ALL classmates feel comfortable participating in class discussions and activities.

  • Students must remain on-task.

  • Students must take responsibility for their choices.

6th Grade Health Website:

  • Features: On-line Text, Student Center, Review Games, & Assignments.

 

Discipline:

  • Students choosing to be disruptive in class could receive a teacher detention, held from 7:20-8:00 AM or 3:15-3:55 PM, to make up for the time he/she took from fellow classmates.
